This financial position earns $20 - $30 per hour.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS AN HVAC BOOKKEEPER ENTAIL?
In this bookkeeping position, you are an important member of our finance team. Each day, you perform general bookkeeping as well as some office management duties. You easily complete a variety of important daily financial tasks, including generating invoices or receipts, processing credit card payments, submitting financing applications, performing deposits, logging purchase orders, and generating various reports.
As our HVAC Bookkeeper, you also occasionally write general ledger journal entries and answer incoming calls from customers. We love having you on our finance team, and you love keeping our HVAC services running efficiently!
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES TO SUCCEED IN THIS FINANCIAL POSITION?
- 7+ years of bookkeeping and office experience
- Experience using QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Valid driver's license
