Type: Hybrid (8-4, 9-5, or whatever) - 40 hours a week

  Experience:

• QuickBooks Online (2+ years)
• Google Workspace

  Qualifications:

• Proficient in QuickBooks Online with a minimum of 2 years of experience
• Experience with Google Workspace
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent email communication skills
• Good personal hygiene

  Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions using QuickBooks Online
• Utilize Google Workspace for efficient collaboration and communication
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Reconcile bank statements and financial data
• Prepare financial reports and summaries
• Assist with budgeting and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies
