We are looking for a reliable, experienced Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to work in our Owings Mills, MD office. A successful candidate will maintain current accounts payables and receivables, analyze invoices to assign payments to the proper cost centers and other general administrative duties as assigned.
Responsibilities include:
- Process accounts payables and receivables.
- Perform some balance sheet reconciliation work.
- Cash management and monitor cashflow.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma
- 2-5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Basic knowledge of financial reporting
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Experience using Great Plains preferred.
