AP/AR
Enter bills, issue checks, and enter invoices and deposits.
Quickbooks - 5 years experience understanding the processing through quickbooks.
Data entry, payroll by ADP, financial statements, assist with tax preparation, communicate with clients and vendors, maintain an electronic and paper filing system, scheduling and reporting of state taxes.
Flexible part-time position that could become full time along with possible home/office work environment.
