Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to: accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Payroll processing with Paychex
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions in accordance with GAAP.
- Perform Annual financial close processes.
- Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documentation.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role..
- Strong knowledge of double-entry bookkeeping principles.
- Experience with bank reconciliations, and journal entries.
- Familiarity with sales and use tax preparation and filing process.
- Previous experience working with Macola Progression a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.71 - $27.35 per hour
