```Duties```
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to general ledger reconciliation, journal entries, and bank reconciliation
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities
- Conduct governmental accounting tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax preparation

- Strong knowledge of technical accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in general ledger reconciliation and financial statement preparation
- Experience with governmental accounting procedures and regulations
- Familiarity with tax laws and ability to assist with tax preparation
- Ability to perform accurate journal entries and maintain organized financial records
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
