Bookkeeper/Office Manager wanted for a small airport office located in Hartford CT
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks
Create financial reports and review with Management
Review and maintain Sales and use tax records, various company insurance policies, and compliance requirements.
Review (oversee) accounts payable, and accounts receivable staff.
Review contracts with both customers and vendors
Create Invoices
Prepare and maintain payroll and benefits
Oversee all company computers and hardware to include software updates, maintenance items and repairs.
Administrative support to the president and Controller
Work closely with outside accountant for quarterly and year end closeouts
Job Requirements:
- Proficient in QuickBooks
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to learn new software.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be able to work in a fast paced environment
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
