Full Charge Bookkeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the company's financial records and transactions. This is a vital role in our organization, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.

Duties:
- Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including processing invoices, issuing payments, and reconciling vendor statements
- Maintain the general ledger, ensuring accurate recording of all financial transactions
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Conduct general ledger reconciliation to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies
- Utilize double-entry bookkeeping principles to record financial transactions accurately
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with applicable regulations
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial information and support decision-making processes
- Complete payroll processing and ensure accuracy of payroll records
- Stay updated on financial concepts, industry trends, and accounting best practices

Skills:
- Proficient in accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and reporting requirements
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Familiarity with general ledger accounting principles and practices
- Excellent understanding of double-entry bookkeeping
- Ability to analyze financial statements and identify trends or issues
- Accurate 10-key typing skills for data entry purposes
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to reconcile general ledger accounts accurately
- Strong problem-solving skills

Pay: $22.60 - $25.00 per hour
