Pay Range: $60,000 - $85,000 DOE
Responsibilities:
- Managing a varied client portfolio with revenues ranging from $100K to $5 million
- Handling AR/AP, financial statements, general ledger, journal entries, cash flow, and more
- Assisting in the payroll process for clients
- Conducting all client meetings virtually (Zoom, Teams, or phone calls)
- Ensuring efficient bookkeeping with no tax work involved
- 3+ years of experience as a bookkeeper
- Accounting firm experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks (both Online and Desktop versions)
- High school diploma is required; Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Experience with Sage is a plus
