Luxco has a great opportunity for individuals interested in Human Resources. We are recruiting for an Intern - Human Resources for our St. Louis location for the Summer of 2024. This internship is a paid internship, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States to be considered.
Joining our team provides opportunities to share your voice and talents, tackle challenging problems, create solutions and collaborate with dedicated co-workers. This Co-op experience provides participants with a meaningful, relevant work experience as part of their academic studies. In addition to daily responsibilities, participants will have the opportunity to participate in a series of structured activities designed to enhance their learning experience including:
- Union Recruiting and managing Job Bids
- Leave of Absence and Attendance Tracking
- Maintaining and Editing Job Descriptions
- HRIS (UKG) related duties
- Other duties as assigned.
We would like to you to be self-motivated and be able to work independently, have strong interpersonal skills, and most of all be eager to learn!
Rising Talent Requirements:
- Pursing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably with a focus in Human Resources
- Ability to work full-time, 40 hours per week for 10-12 weeks (May-August 2024)
