Duties and Responsibilities

• Journal Entry Input
• Bank and Investment Reconciliations
• Financial Statement Preparation
• Supporting Schedules Maintenance
• Periodic Beneficiary/Partner Distributions
• Maintenance of Multiple
• Year-End/Monthly Processing/Closing
• Generation and Preparation of Annual Report
• Maintaining Relationships with Trustees, Beneficiaries, and Consultants
• Assisting in timeliness of tax preparation/payments
• Coordinating with other members to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely fashion

Qualifications

• 5 + years of Bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or business-related field
• Ability to work both independently and with others
• Have a strong understanding of job duties and responsibilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Familiarity with accounting software and practices
