Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking ​a Bookkeeper to join our team! You will be responsible for data entry, tax forms, preparing and examining financial records for our company.

Responsibilities:

• Obtain primary financial data for accounting records
• Pay sales and use taxes, and file quarterly returns. Bank account reconciliations
• Compute and record numerical data
• Check the accuracy of business transactions
• Perform data entry and administrative duties
• Process bi-weekly payroll through QuickBooks Desktop

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in accounting, finance, or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of GAAP
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong organizational skills
• Deadline and detail ORIENTED
• QuickBooks Desktop EXPERIENCE.
• Previous non-profit accounting experience preferable. .

Pay may be arranged based on experience. Approx. $24 - $26 per hour. Twenty hours per week.
