The Billing Manager is responsible for assisting Operations and Finance with the overall preservation and enhancement of departmental tasks, process management and financial integration. This position will collaborate with both Operations and Finance in the areas of work order management, ERP function, Billing and Accounts Receivable. This position reports to the Director of Business Administration with oversight from the Vice President of Operations.
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Manage transactional workflow with Operations and Finance in the areas of Billing and Customer Service.
- Oversee open work orders while driving timely and accurate invoicing and prompt dispute resolution.
- Interface with the Accounting, Sales and Purchasing to identify issues and implement solutions.
- Review work of billing staff to ensure accuracy, resolving inconsistencies and providing training as needed.
- Provide a high level of customer service responding quickly, professionally, and accurately to all internal and external correspondence.
- Design, implement and execute new business processes while collaborating with customers to streamline and improve the administrative function.
- Collaborate with Corporate Finance and Operations to ensure deposit, progress and departure payments are requested and received prior to aircraft release.
- Review projects and ensure cash position is positive and on trend with forecasting.
- Provide administrative support to Maintenance team ensuring efficient and organized operation of a location.
- Assist the Director of Business Administration with regular review of routine departmental procedures to identify ways of automating existing processes to achieve efficiencies. This requires constant cross collateral department collaboration and close interaction with customers.

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
- Experience in a manufacturing and maintenance environment preferred
- Experience with retail customers, Accounts Receivable and fleet operations preferred
- Accounting experience preferred
