This is a full-time Trial Attorney role at Litigation Attorneys. As a Trial Attorney, you will be responsible for handling defense litigation cases. Your day-to-day tasks will include preparing and presenting motions, representing clients in courts, conducting trials, and taking depositions. This is a hybrid role, with the majority of the work being based in Woodland Hills, but with flexibility for some remote work.Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of Law, including defense civil litigation
- Experience in preparing and presenting Motions
- Proficient in handling Courts proceedings
- Experience in conducting Trials and taking Depositions
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
- Admission to the California State Bar
- Prior experience in defense litigation is a plus
