Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse caseload across multiple practice areas
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Representing clients in court proceedings and negotiations
• Providing strategic legal advice and counsel
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Oklahoma State Bar (or ability to waive in)
• Minimum of 3 years of litigation or transactional legal experience in one or more of our practice areas.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
