The Regional Billing Managerat ASG is responsible for supervising others within a specific project or department, along with overseeing programs, policies, and procedures that help support the organization. Maintain revenue by establishing, implementing, and controlling the billing system and supervising staff.

Pay Scale: $60,000 - $70,000 / year

What you’ll do: (Including, but not limited to):
- Manages the daily operations of the staff in a specific department.
- Maintain revenue by establishing, implementing, and controlling the billing system and supervising staff
- Meet operational billing standards by contributing billing information to strategic plans and reviews
- Implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards for the department
- Resolve problems and identify billing system improvements
- Guide employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating billing policies, procedures, methods, and guidelines
- Obtain revenue by resolving order and invoice disputes, maintaining customer relations, and resolving problems with bank transfers
- Approve credit memos by reviewing the documentation
- Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities of this job classification
- Collaborates with leadership to implement processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and meet the organization’s changing needs
- Sets performance goals and targets for staff used to evaluate performance and drive continuous improvement
- Coaches teams in best practices and effective tactics in order to complete their job duties correctly and efficiently
- Assists in managing the budgetary and financial responsibilities and activities of the department
- Performs other duties as assigned, which are reasonably within the scope of the responsibilities of this job classification
What you’ll need:
Desired Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience required
- Experience in the telecommunications industry a plus
- Requires excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite
