Job Description
The Billing Coordinator is responsible for daily and weekly reconciliation tasks. This position is also responsible for assisting in general operations, in house damage claims and customer service.
- Responsible for daily and weekly home delivery billing.
- Running daily reports for billing invoice.
- Gather manifests from Operations and Contractors.
- Communicate and discuss billing issues with Contractors.
- Assist in answering phones and assist Operations if necessary.
- Working on Product and In Home Claims assisting with research.
- Gathering information from Contractors regarding product.
- Maintaining daily, weekly and monthly reports for product and In Home claims.
Other Requirements:
- Entry level position 0-2 years of home delivery billing experience.
- Strong communication and prioritization skills.
- Must be highly organized and detailed-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
- Good computer skills requiring basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and good typing skills.
