Our Global Technology Company customer needs a dynamic Billing & Support Specialist with more than 5 years of IP experience a large corporate law department for a 6-month+ contract. This is a remote role. However, there will be some training that requires you to be onsite. Ideal candidates will live near Sacramento, Austin or San Diego.
This could be a fantastic opportunity for you if you have the following experience:
- 5+ years billing support experience, within a legal vendor environment is preferred.
- Experience in high volume billing / customer service support.
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and Apple iWork.
- Experience with TeamConnect.
- Experience with a support ticketing system or equivalent customer facing service experience.
- Experience with Timekeeper management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred. Relevant experience may be substituted in its place.
- Five years of work experience at large corporations.
- Strong computer skills.
