Position Summary: Provide support, implementation & training of TRG developed Software to TRG clients. Assist with development input and modification of TRG Software. Interface with clients and users of TRG Software to ensure software functioning properly and to troubleshoot any client or TRG staff issues.
General Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide support to other TRG Departments as directed.
- Participate as a response member for immediate emergency response deployment as needed.
- Be available for planned and unplanned exercises as directed.
- You have a responsibility to respond/answer all TRG & Client communications.
- Develop proficiency in TRG developed Software products.
- Develop and ensure accurate and professional deliverables for clients.
- Basic understanding of all TRG products and services.
Position Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
- Serves at the direction of the Software Support Lead and performs additional duties as required.
- Conduct IAP software training for clients and TRG employees
- Provide TRG Software technical support to TRG employees and clients (e.g. exercises, response, training, etc.)
- Implementation, project tracking and IAP Software Support and development
- Track and populate TRG Software pre-loads including but not limited to: preloaded equipment, Templates, Form Preloads (data organization, input and manipulation)
- Complete TRG Software projects from other project managers as directed (e.g. Response Plan preloads, exercise preloads, training preloads, etc.)
- Test TRG Software enhancements and bug fixes to ensure functionality is correct. Provide clear and concise feedback to software development team.
- Analyze and suggest TRG Software enhancements to development based on experience and user input
- QA/QC of TRG Software projects, support, development and training.
Working Conditions:
- Minimum of 25% travel may be required throughout both domestic and international
- Mainly sedentary – sitting for extended periods of time.
- The position may require extended hours beyond the normal working hours to meet company objectives.
- Regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally required to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Vision requirements include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
Qualifications:
- The position requires knowledge and capability to work with Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Office applications.

Education and Experience:
- 2 year College Degree or equivalent along with 3 years of related experience required or
- Preferred 4 year College Bachelor's Degree with 1 year experience in related field
