Job Description: This position is responsible for managing the recruitment process with a counterpart. This team manages on average 75 requisitions and sources candidates through different channels, prepares all job advertisements, conducts tours, interviews, training, orientations, and more.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare job advertisements for all available resources, not limited to:
- Social media sites, newspapers and magazines
- Postings at schools, churches, or other community organizations
- Employee referral program
- Source candidates from all potential sources, not limited to:
- Social media sites, schools, churches, or other community organizations
- Walk-in applicants
- Unemployment office
- Employee referrals
- Job fairs
- Prescreen and interview candidates
- Perform orientation and assist new hires with documents
- Conduct tours as needed
- Assist in employee training
- Assist in safety efforts and worker compensation matters
- Update job descriptions
- Other duties as assigned
