Do you have a strong background of recruitment experience with exposure to HR functions? Are you fluent in Spanish and English? Our client is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team! This candidate will have experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for labor and warehouse positions utilizing job boards and other sources. This position handles on average 35-40 requisitions. This role offers the opportunity to join a family owned organization with the chance to upskill your resume with HR Functions and opportunity to grow into a HR Generalist long term. Title: Bilingual HR Recruiter
Pay: up to $60K
Hours: M-F 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm

Qualifications:

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
• Must have 1+ years of recruitment experience + exposure to HR Functions
• Must be Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Description: This position is responsible for managing the recruitment process with a counterpart. This team manages on average 75 requisitions and sources candidates through different channels, prepares all job advertisements, conducts tours, interviews, training, orientations, and more.
Responsibilities:

• Prepare job advertisements for all available resources, not limited to:
  • Social media sites, newspapers and magazines
  • Postings at schools, churches, or other community organizations
  • Employee referral program
• Source candidates from all potential sources, not limited to:
  • Social media sites, schools, churches, or other community organizations
  • Walk-in applicants
  • Unemployment office
  • Employee referrals
  • Job fairs
• Prescreen and interview candidates
• Perform orientation and assist new hires with documents
• Conduct tours as needed
• Assist in employee training
• Assist in safety efforts and worker compensation matters
• Update job descriptions
• Other duties as assigned
