- Assist callers with cancellations; documenting notes in the visit
- Assisting callers with caregiver clock in/out
- Assist callers with confirming schedules
- Assisting with resending client information email to caregiver
- Maintaining front desk area
- Any given project by management and supervising team
- 18 years of age or older
- 1+ year of office administration experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Basic computer and software skills
- Ability to multi-task well under pressure
- Extremely detail-oriented and thorough
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Bilingual Spanish
Physical Requirements
- Prolonged periods of sitting at desk and working on computer
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
