We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an Office Support Staff. This position will involve various Office Support tasks including, but not limited to:
- Answer phone and handle calls appropriately
- Gather customer information
- Set up service appointments
- Scheduling and routingDispatching service technicians
- Inventory management
- Computer work (Windows, iOS, Proprietary software)
- Spanish speaking a plus
- Handle incoming and outgoing packages

This position starts at part time but may evolve into full time later.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative or Office Support role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in using technology and computers both Windows and iOS
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 – 36 per week
Schedule:
- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
