We are a very busy Telecommunications Consulting firm looking to add a qualified Office Associate. We offer an amazing work environment in one of Irvine’s best buildings next to the Irvine Spectrum.
The ideal candidate must have the ability to follow direction, enjoy talking with customers and have excellent phone and email skills while understanding the importance of cultivating and maintaining strong customer relationships.
Your duties will include:
- General office work including emailing and sales support
- Following up on customer renewals
- Assisting with customer interactions
- Business Analytics / Sales Tracking
- Updating company CRM

The ideal candidate should posses the following:

Excellent communication skills
MS Office
Apple Computer knowledge is a Plus
What we are offering you:
Hourly bases starting at $18.00- $25.00 (depending on experience) plus commissions $$
