Job Description
Bilingual Human Resources Assistant to undertake a variety of HR related administrative duties
- Assist in the recruiting and hiring process
- Coordinating interviews
- Liaison between HR and staffing agencies
- Conduct initial orientation for staffing agency assignments
- Prepare weekly reports relating to personnel and staffing activities
- Coordinate and conduct onboarding new hires
- Maintains employee database and files (hard and soft copies)
- Act as the first point of contact for HR-related administrative inquiries
- Provide consistent, courteous, and prompt assistance to employees with HR administration questions
- Assist with Bi-weekly payroll preparation by reconciling time records for multiple divisions and departments
- Work closely with the HR Administration Coordinator
- Assist with annual open enrollment
- Provide clerical and administrative support for the HR department
Qualifications - Experience as an HR Assistant
- Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, verbal and written
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Basic knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
