An excellent organization in Dallas, Texas is looking for a Bilingual HR Generalist
Seeking an HR Generalist. Small organization or 25 people. Hoping for at least a couple years of HR experience.
Previous candidates in the role were not from HR backgrounds, and they have lacked the discretion and
confidentiality-training that comes with an actual typical HR professional. Administering HR records, Employee
Relations, and tracking the 'SAFE ENVIRONMENT' background checks, are the main function of this role. They
use a third-party for Payroll and Benefits administration, but would like the applicant to have a basic understanding
of the different options available, and the legal aspects of benefits/ payroll. Also, the candidate must be comfortable
working in a small faith-based organization.
Normal business hours Monday through Friday. Looking for someone immediately!
Excellent salary up to $52,000 (DOE) and excellent benefits
