We're looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable Clinic Lead to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the onboarding, credentialing, training, employee relations, and enforcement of our policies and procedures. You'll be learning a little of everything to help manage the clinic in many possible ways. We are looking for a team member always ready to do whatever comes your way. Responsibilities
• Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
• Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
• Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
• Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
• Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
