We're looking for a highly-driven, organized, and personable Clinic Lead to play an important role on our team. You'll be responsible for the onboarding, credentialing, training, employee relations, and enforcement of our policies and procedures. Responsibilities
• Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
• Manage human resources programs including employee benefits, training, and company evaluation and compensation
• Advise on key organizational policies, decision-making and strategic planning initiatives including business administration and annual budget
• Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
• Optimize and enforce personnel policies and procedures
