Customer Service Representative Job Duties:

• Manufacturing and/or industrial admin support
• Knowledge of PO's, inventory controls, claims orders, and requisitions
• Diffuse and resolve customer problems, quick and effectively
• Establishes and maintains customers profiles and prepares claim forms
• Process customer orders, changes, returns, according to established department policies and procedures
• Partner with Sales & Marketing teams to improve customer experience

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7am-4pm
Pay: $26-28/hr
Customer Service Representative Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in customer experience
• Engineered or Ordered Manufacturing experience preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish, required
• Proficient with computers, Office suites, Word, Excel, Outlook
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Strong team player; friendly and patient
