Job Title: Customer Service Agent
Type: DIRECT HIRE
Location: AUSTIN, TX (onsite, not remote)
Rate: $21 per hour
Job Summary:
The Bilingual Customer Service Agent will be responsible for maintaining the high standards of Customer Service and operational excellence that the company is known for. As an individual who can juggle various responsibilities, your role will extend beyond traditional Customer Service tasks to involve elements of operations and innovation, making each day a unique experience. This role is ideal for a current college student or a candidate holding a BA degree, who is eager to apply their academic knowledge in a fast-paced, real-world environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support: Provide exceptional Customer Service through phone, email, and chat.
2. Operations Support: Assist in streamlining operations and suggesting improvements.
3. Innovative Thinking: Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to innovate Customer Service strategies.
4. Organization: Efficiently manage various tasks and projects without compromising on quality.
5. Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Knowledge Development: Continuously update knowledge about products, services, and policies.
7. Documentation and Reporting: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and generate reports as required.
Qualifications:
1. Currently enrolled in college or holder of a BA degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
4. Problem-solving mindset with a knack for innovative thinking.
5. Basic understanding of CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
6. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and within a team.
7. Bilingual required (Spanish/English)

Preferred Skills:
1. Previous experience in Customer Service or operations is a plus.
2. Strong organizational and time management skills.
