Dental Office Front Desk Patient Coordinator

At Dental Touch Associates, comfort and convenience of our patients are the utmost importance. We are looking for a front office Patient Coordinator, with customer service experience. Dental Touch Associates is a privately owned family and cosmetic Dental Office. Our team is genuinely dedicated in our commitment to serve our patients with compassion, respect and the highest level of integrity. A (strongly preferred) background in dental would be ideal.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting patients and checking them in
• Ensures the telephone is answered in a timely and professional fashion
• Calling patients who are due or coming due for routine dental care appointments
• A knowledge of dental insurance to help with presenting treatment plans and answering questions for patient's and clinical team
• Ensures all financial obligations are communicated with patients and properly noted for each procedure
• Ensures all accounts are properly credited when payment is received
• Follows scheduling guidelines to ensure a manageable and productive schedule for dentists and hygienists

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
