QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION, KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING, & WORK EXPERIENCE
- High School graduate or equivalent.
- Excellent computer skills, proficient with POS systems and technology and Microsoft Office
- Pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional and polished customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Able to jump in operations as and when needed
- Ensure confidentiality and privacy is at utmost highest level
- Assisting in the payroll for the Food and Beverage Department – Culinary and FOH
- Maintain time clock punch edit sheets
- Assist with Tip Logs and accuracy
- Maintain Recaps and Forecast logs
- Assist with all Operational purchases and maintain checkbook for Director of F&B review
- Coordinating in efficient communication within and across Departments
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule due to business levels and industry demand
- Ability to work in a busy atmosphere, meet deadlines, and maintain excellent customer service.
- Perform data entry with great attention to detail.
- Ability to greet customers on the telephone and face-to-face in a pleasant, welcoming manner
- Follow all safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain grooming standards as outlined in employee handbook and departmental training.
- Ensure a clean, safe and orderly work area.
- Attend meetings as required, prepare agendas, and take notes and send out summaries
- Assist in menu, flyer, or poster creation, typing, proofing and editing:
- Attend Food and Beverage / Resume and other weekly meetings and take notes of all minutes and upcoming projects and events coordinate on any special needs, etc.
- Assist with monthly inventory
- Maintain office supplies.
- Collect and coordinate any Food and Beverage projects
- Maintain a master Food and Beverage managers schedule, and review with Director of F&B and Exec Chef
- Organization of staff support files
- Organize and file all management PAF’s
- Updating and checking website on a daily basis for accuracy of information
- Conduct periodic POS menu and menu price audits
- Must be both guest and team oriented.
- Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate supervisor. .
