Job Summary:
Universal Business Insurance Services is seeking an experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager. You will be working on a team handling all servicing aspects of an existing book of business as well as market new business. As a Risk Management driven Property & Casualty Independent Insurance Agency, you will learn how to create risk management modalities for client facing assistance.
Duties and Responsibilities:

• Proven ability to provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships in a Commercial Lines Account Manager capacity.
• Advise and assist clients by explaining coverage options/exclusions; making coverage recommendations; requesting policy changes and assisting with the needs of the client.
• Manage marketing of renewals, endorsements, audits, and cancellations.
• Assist Producers in their delivery of commitments to clients.
• Initiate renewal reviews and re-markets as appropriate to provide the client with the optimal solution in the coverage of their assets and the retention of the client.
• Through service touch points, review current coverage and recommend changes in coverage or markets and actively solicit rounding out of accounts.
• Utilize our current agency management system (Applied/Epic) to accurately maintain client information. AMS360 experience is acceptable.
• Through demonstrated commitment, our agency will provide an opportunity to obtain professional designations like CISR, CIC and/or CPCU.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma (or equivalent)
• License: Property & Casualty (any state)
• 3 years of Commercial Lines experience with an independent agency

Preferred Skills:

• Some College, No Degree
• License: Property & Casualty (UT)
• Designation & Certification: CISR, CIC or CPCU
• Areas of Expertise a plus may include: Builder's Risk, Captives, Certificates & EOPs, Commercial Auto, Coastal, Umbrella / Excess Liability, Waiver of Subrogation, Wildfires, Workers' Compensation, Casualty / General Liability, Loss Summaries, Risk Analysis, Senior Living Centers, Social Services, Surplus Lines Filing, Claims Made Policies, Claims Processing, Earthquake, Employment Practices Liability, Excess & Surplus Lines, Executive Liability, Fiduciary Liability, Flood / Wind / Hail, Hospitality, Liquor Liability, Loss of Income, Medical Malpractice, Nursing Homes, Non-Profits, Commercial Umbrella, Property, Quoting & Rating
