Job Duties
• Understand Business Requirements and expectations
• Translate Acceptance Criteria to Test scenarios and Test cases
• Review Test cases with Product Owner to understand the testing feasibility
• Ensure 100% test coverage and identify/communicate exceptions – maintain traceability
• Execute Functional/UAT, E2E, Parallel and Regression tests
• Defect Management
• Demo test results to Product owner and team
• Ensure testing meets audit requirements
• Communicate test status including testing progress, defects, risk and potential impacts; raises issues or concerns in a timely manner
• Participate/Support Unit testing and provide feedback to the developers (Shift Left Testing)
• Ensure DevOps principles are followed where applicable for testing
Minimum Qualifications- Education & Prior Job Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, or related field, or 3 years of experience as a Tester owning test plans, scripts and test execution
• Demonstrated understanding of testing techniques and Agile methodology
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Flexibility to learn and adapt to changes in procedures and work environment
• Skilled in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint)
• Creating and executing database queries for data mining and reporting purpose
• Ability to work independently and deliver under tight timelines
• Experience working in Migration projects and in a Program Setup – Preferred
• Previous experience with testing tools and automated testing – Preferred
• Experience in ADO or other Agile lifecycle management tool – Preferred
• Airline domain knowledge and experience – Preferred
