Davidson Auto Group is hiring an extremely talented and professional Business Development Representative to handle in/outbound calls, Internet Leads and scheduling appointments. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. This is an entry level opportunity.
Pay Range: $40,000 - $50,000
Hours: Monday - Friday with alternating Saturdays.
Day off during the week when working a Saturday.
Closed on Sundays.
Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls & schedule customer appointments
- Communicate effectively with customers through phone, text and chat
- Follow up on Internet Leads, Inquiries and database lists
- Research & Respond to inquiries in a timely fashion
- Make outbound calls
- Access / update customer database
- Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements:
- Confident and professional phone manner
- Previous Call Center, Collections or Inside Sales experience is a plus
- Automotive knowledge or work experience is helpful, but not required
- Must have good communication skills with no phone reluctance
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to work independently
- Time management skills
- Self-motivated and a desire to make a difference.
- Must have flexibility to work some evenings and alternating Saturdays.
- Must have strong computer and Internet skills
- Strong record of positive customer satisfaction results
- Must have valid Driver's License
