Position Summary:
We are currently hiring a Bilingual Spanish/EnglishAssistant to the Administrator or our Bella Vista Community Health Center. As the Assistant to the Administrator you will provide several operational and clerical functions and provide an exceptional patient experience in our health center.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma required. Associates degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of related administrative experience.
- Bilingual Spanish/English required.
- Must have excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional experience to patients.
- Understanding of phone etiquette and standard office procedures.
- Computer literacy, good communication, team player, listen to patient, take responsibility when needed.
- Ability to responds appropriately and effectively in stressful situations.
Key Duties:
- Assist with timecards, payroll, schedules for all associates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly reports including cash collections.
- Able to work as a PSR when required.
- Attend selected meetings and trainings in monthly PSR, Operations sub-council, referrals, EC and JC.
- Run daily huddle, monthly meeting when required and yearly ROR.
Starting Compensation: Minimum $50,000 per year; Maximum $50,000 per year

Work Environment Type, Location, and Schedule:
Applicants must have availability to commit to a schedule of 40 hours/week, working Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm.
