Inventory Administrator (Rcc Students, Chem Lab Assistants Welcome!)

About Us:

High-end, boutique, international manufacturing company in Suffern, NY looking for responsible employee to oversee inventory in 4500 sqft space.

We are looking for someone who understands the value of time and a small-sized company. Absolutely perfect for RCC or BCC students! 2 year commitment required. Bonus consideration given to university Lab Assistants

About You:

MUST be extremely organized, have great attention to detail, and not afraid to get dirty

You will be working in a non-traditional office space. Inventory kept in warehouse, your office is in the warehouse.

MUST be comfortable using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets (no math required). But also be comfortable using scales, calipers, and, box cutters.

You will be working alone for a majority of the day; this will change as responsibilities will be added

MUST be on time every morning and know how to manage time efficiently

Minimum education: Associates degree; Experience will be considered in lieu of education

Basic chemistry knowledge preferred but not required. Willingness to learn IS REQUIRED.

Fluency in English is required; Spanish is strongly preferred and will be given priority.

Professional demeanor, etiquette, and, language is necessary but a sense of humour is mandatory.

Willing to put away the cellphone during working hours.

PPE is provided and required

Schedule and Benefits:

Hours: 9:00 – 3:00pm.

Hourly Pay; 3 months probation during training period; Opportunity to grow.
