Who are we looking for?
The Assistant Market Center Administrator “AMCA” must be able to handle a wide range of responsibilities. The right person for this position will be friendly and outgoing with a strong desire to help and serve others. The AMCA handles all compliance requirements, commission distributions and is responsible for A/P and A/R activities. We are looking for a learning based individual with strong bookkeeping skills and superior customer service skills. Transaction Coordinator experience is a plus. This individual will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and will assimilate into our highly positive and productive culture. This position is a full time, in person position in our Brooklyn office.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: Computerized bookkeeping (A/P, A/R); Ensuring agent transaction compliance is monitored and complete; Processing agent commissions; Data Entry, Assist leadership team in leading agents and office; other requirements as assigned.
- Responsible for all aspects of the Market Center financials & reporting
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues including care calls to Agents and Agent engagement
- Assist with data entry tasks and additional admin tasks as requested by leadership team. Knowledge of Excel is helpful
- Create and edit documents, spreadsheets, slides and presentations
- Experience with all Social Media Platforms and content creating
- Onboard agents with white glove service
- Agent retention
