We are looking for an Office Assistant to join our team and provide administrative support to our staff. The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks including answering phones, responding to emails, filing documents, and organizing office supplies. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Answer and direct phone calls.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documents.
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
- Schedule meetings and appointments.
- Provide support to other departments as needed.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
