We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Assistant to join our team. As a Property Management Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our Property Management department. Responsibilities
- Assist with property leasing activities
- Provide administrative support to the Property Management team, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining files and records
- Assist with billing and financials
Skills
- Strong knowledge of property leasing processes and real estate administrative tasks
- Experience in Property Management, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Proficiency in using Property Management software (e.g., AppFolio) for record keeping and reporting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle tenant inquiries and resolve conflicts effectively
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
