Location: 744 S Webster Ave, Green Bay, WI 54301
Shift Hours:
0.80 FTE (32 hours/week), PM shift, 11:00-19:30, M-F, weekends and holidays as needed, AM as needed 06:00-14:30
Job Description:
Assist in the provision of quality nutritional care to patients and guests involving direct patient interaction, maintaining database using dietary restrictions & goals, and aiding the room service staff with diet restrictions & education.
Essential Job Duties:
- Analyzes menus and recipes, and works with the chef to standardize recipes
- Maintains current diet restriction standards and use goals to compliance items and recipes in Cbord Database
- Schedule and conduct diet education and in-service education programs
- Completes nutrition related projects as assigned
- Participates in community projects and education as needed/assigned
- Monitors and evaluates patient intake related to assigned therapeutic diet and reports findings to Registered Dietitians
- Supervises and conducts routine staff meetings with Room Service Clerk team
- Conduct Orientation and check off of new Room Service Clerk team members
Qualifications:
Nutrition or Nutritional Science-related degree required.
Dietetic Technician Registration required within 6 months of hire.
Experience in clinical setting preferred.
