SalaryRPMT INC is a fast paced, high energy, full-service Property Management Team. We are looking for a new, full time, Support Team Member to join our awesome team! Our company is goal driven - to provide the best customer service for our clients and maintain the integrity of the assets that we manage. Responsibilities and Duties
Job tasks include:
- Using a multi-line phone system and taking inbound calls.
- Processing payments
- Making bank runs as needed
- Providing income reports to Owners
- Billing / Accounting
- Support the Property Manager as needed
- Scheduling appointments with tenants and prospective renters.
- Taking Leasing Calls and talk with prospects about our properties.
- Walking prospects through our showing system.
- Making courtesy calls to clients.
- Handling general telephone calls and walk-in inquiries.
- Sorting through office e-mails.
- Processing Incoming and Outgoing Mail.
- Updating systems.
- Scanning and uploading documents.
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Skills
Requirements:
- Has impecable attendance
- Knowledge of accounts recievable
- Presentable and friendly to create a great impression of our company.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service focused.
- Driven, team player who enjoys contributing to the success of the whole.
- Well organized and good at multitasking.
- Works well independently with minimal daily direction.
- Proficient with email and Mac (Apple) products.
- 1 year's experience in a Leasing Office is preferred, but not required.
- Knowledge of the internet and email.
- Advance telephone communication skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
