Role Description:
We are seeking a proactive Assistant Property Manager to join our team at our vibrant La Jolla, CA office. In this full-time, on-site position, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations of our commercial and residential properties. From fostering tenant relationships to overseeing leasing agreements, rent collection, and property inspections, you will contribute to the seamless management of our assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Precision in drafting lease agreements and property management contracts.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by promptly addressing owner and tenant inquiries.
- Maintaining comprehensive knowledge of our rental properties and ongoing maintenance projects.
- Streamlining operations through effective administrative support.
- Serving as a communication hub, managing inquiries via phone and email.
- Ensuring accurate database management by updating tenant and property records.
Requirements:
- Current California Real Estate License.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Exemplary professionalism in all interactions.
- Proficiency in property management software, Microsoft Office, and C.A.R. forms.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Successful completion of a drug test.
