SalaryWe are looking for a Part-time Front Desk Concierge to serve as our residents' first point of contact. The hours for these positions are 2:45pm to 11:00pm every other Saturday and Sunday. If you have a knack for customer service and are upbeat, outgoing, dependable and a team player, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable living experience for our residents.
Responsibilities
- Greet all residents and announce guests
- Answer and direct calls to appropriate person
- Accept and inventory all packages and log in to computer system
- Record resident work orders in computer program
- Take reservations for moving
- Accept resident drycleaning
- Respond to clients’ complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Communicate with our valet staff to ensure guests are being assisted and first floor amenities are clean
Skills
- Customer service experience
- MS Office
- Can do attitude
- Ability to defuse and de-escalate situations
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Rotating weekends
