SalaryMaintaining a well stocked, organized, and safe Oakley Parts Department. Proper billing of parts to Specific Repair Order, and dispersing of parts to the technician, to expedite the repair process.
Ordering Parts
1. Provide information to the Parts Clerk if additional items are needed.
2. Set-up shipping of parts to vendors or terminals as required.
3. Receive Parts, verify correctness off packing slip, stock shelves, and receive invoice
Rotating stock and Cleaning
1. Constantly cleaning and rotating stocked parts according to fleet change.
2. Maintain a clean work environment daily.
3. All storage areas to be kept clean and organized
Assist with Inventory Quarterly
1. Confirm all parts are in proper locations prior to inventory count.
2. Assist in Parts inventory as required to complete.
Shipping and ReceivingBox, wrap, and Label company outgoing packages Unload inbound shipments as required.
Assist during fellow employee vacations and as required to maintain flow of Parts Dept. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor
Maintain Outside of building parts locations, keeping pallets, supplies organized and in neat order. Return of Volvo Pallets as needed to maintain an organized dept. Crush cardboard, and maintain area in and around cardboard crusher. Organize Tire Chain Inventory, ensure properly bagged for distribution. Organize fuel Island Jug Supply, ensure stocking levels are met, and on hand for restocking.
