Mandarich Law Group is one of the country's leading creditor's right law firm with offices in CA, Il, NY, MI, OH, GA and FL. We are currently seeking a Legal Admin/Clerk for our Lake Mary, Florida office
FULL TIME: Monday thru Friday, In-office

What You'll Do:
- Prepare Pre-trial hearing instructions for attorneys prior to appearances.
- Review attorney notes after hearings to delegate applicable next actions based on outcome.
- Entry of complaints, disputes and hardships into our system of record.
- E-filing via the Florida E-filing portal.
- Proposed order submission per judicial preferences.
- Imaging court notices and other pleadings as necessary to for attorney review for their appearances.
What You'll Need:
- Excellent communication and writing ability, organizational skills, analytical skills and interpersonal skills, attention to detail
- One year legal experience, must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Adobe PDF.
