The successful candidate will be able to stay on top of the complex and constantly changing regulations to ensure that all requirements of the property are met.
  • Specific tasks in these three areas include:
  • Monitor and analyze the financial performance of the affordable housing portfolio. Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve financial and operational goals.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) regulations and other affordable housing program requirements.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, including lenders, investors, and government agencies.
  • Conduct regular site visits to assess property conditions. Assist with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the successful transition of new properties into the portfolio.
  • Provide support to the property management team on operational and financial issues as needed. Assist with other Asset Management tasks as needed.
