SalaryLaw firm has an opening for a Legal Assistant position with 1 – 2 years of office experience to join a Schaumburg office. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. Excellent communication skills are essential. Must be committed to exceptional client service and complete top-quality work product. Part-time candidates would be considered
Applicants must be: (1) highly detail oriented and organized; (2) punctual and responsible; (3) self-starter and able to work independently; (4) problem solver; and (5) technologically savvy.
Job Duties/Responsibilities: (1) answering phones and e-mails; (2) maintain up-to-date information on current matters; (3) maintaining files; (4) schedule and maintain attorney calendars; (5) providing attorney support.
Qualifications: (1) exceptional computer skills and proficiency using Microsoft Office products including, but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel; (2) certificate or degree and Office administrative experience a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
