Position Summary
Human Resources Intern will gain experience and exposure to all functional areas including HR operations, business partnering, talent acquisition, total reward and payroll. This is a hybrid role that will work out of our Quincy, MA headquarters three times a week and from home two days a week.
Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate and assist in the development of Human Resources policies, procedures and processes.
• Assist the Human Resources team with reviewing and analyzing people data and metrics.
• Prepare HR related reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Assists in checking overall compliance with labor codes and applicable local and state laws.
• Participates and assists in career days and company social and networking events.
• Assist Human Resources team on special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field.
• Working knowledge of US employment law.
• Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information System) software is advantageous.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work as part of a team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent administrative and organizational skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Curiosity to learn and develop functional knowledge
• Detail-oriented.
