Assist the architecture and Interior Design studio team, in any phase of project work depending on active and incoming projects.
Get ready to...
- 3D model and produce visuals for design presentations
- On-site/as-built documentation
- Design studio and project coordination with internal and external teams
- Design / production work, including working on construction documents
- Support the studio by continuing to progress documentation and evolution of studio standard documents, add to the Revit Library, coordinate with material and product reps and oversee material library organization
- Participate in intern tours and team building activities

QUALIFICATIONS
- Prior related work experience/co-op/intern programs is preferred with a focus on architecture, Interior Design, design management or construction management
- Demonstrated/proven strong leadership, technical and interpersonal skills
- Technical skills should include a working knowledge of Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign, SketchUp, Rhino, architectural/interior focused rendering programs (ex: Lumion, Enscape, 3DsMax, V-Ray), and production of drawing packages/construction documents in Revit
- Self-starter with demonstrated initiative - able to handle multiple tasks and priorities
- Ability to manage time effectively and in various work locations including on project sites and occasional remote work
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- Currently enrolled as a Senior or Master's Degree candidate, or have graduated within the past 6 months, from an accredited college/university in Architecture, Environmental Design, Interior Architecture, Interior Design, or closely related field.
