Digital Design Intern

As a leading property insurance company, Tower Hill Insurance is seeking a creative and dynamic Digital Design Intern to join our Corporate Marketing team. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to various Digital Design projects, including website design, digital marketing materials, and interactive media, to enhance our brand presence and engage with our customers more effectively.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and design of digital assets for the company's websites, social media platforms, email campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement design solutions that meet marketing strategies and objectives.
• Participate in the development of user interfaces for web applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Help maintain and update digital content, ensuring consistency in design and branding across all platforms.
• Collaborate with other team members to produce multimedia content, including videos, animations, and interactive graphics.
• Provide support in managing the company's digital asset library, including organizing and optimizing files for easy access and use.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for digital marketing campaigns and initiatives.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Digital Design and suggest innovative ideas to improve digital marketing efforts.

Requirements
• Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools (e.g., WordPress, HTML/CSS).
• A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of Digital Design work.
• Creative thinker with an eye for design and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Interest or experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required.
