Appointment Setter

Responsibilities:
- Generate appointments by making outbound warm calls to potential customers
- Utilize excellent customer service skills to engage with prospects
- Effectively communicate the value and benefits of the company's services
- Identify and qualify leads
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments scheduled

Skills:
- Fluent in English AND Spanish, both written and verbal
- Strong ability in warm calling and outbound calling techniques
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to actively listen and address customer needs
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively communicate company services
